Terms of service

PMO Gateway helps a PMO generate, review and approve project governance documents. It is not a project tracker, and it does not replace your organization's own judgement or approval process.

• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Organization admins decide who joins the organization and what role they have.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or try to access another organization's data.

Your organization owns the content it creates. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export it at any time.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Your people must review every draft before relying on it; documents become official only through your approval process. See AI data use.

Paid plans are billed in advance as shown on the Pricing page or in your order. If a plan ends or payment fails, the organization becomes read-only; data stays available for export.

We work to keep the service available and secure but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

You can stop at any time and request deletion of your organization. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Questions: info@pmogateway.com.
